Michael O’Shea

Michael O’Shea is a 40- year radio veteran who has served at virtually every level of radio broadcast and management including: General Manager, Market Manager, Group Head and Company COO and CEO. In addition to bringing vision to this project, he currently serves as President and General Manager of Sonoma Media Group in Santa Rosa, CA operating KSRO-AM, KFGY-FM, KRVR-FM, KHMX-FM and KDHT-FM.

His long and successful radio career includes 18 years as general manager and later part owner of legendary stations KUBE-FM and KJR AM/FM, Seattle. He was co-founder and CEO of Seattle-based New Northwest Broadcasters, Inc., owning and operating 43 stations in Washington, Oregon, Alaska and Montana. Additionally, he is recognized as the creator of the emerging All Comedy Radio format, designing the format and founding All Comedy Radio, Inc., Los Angeles.

He started in radio as an on-air personality and program director with tours of duty with legendary stations like KLIF, Dallas, WLW, Cincinnati, KVI, Seattle and KMPC, Los Angeles.
